We currently ship within Australia only. Here's what to expect when you order from Vault Beauty.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $85 AUD.
Standard Shipping is $11 AUD for orders under $85.
Express Shipping is $15 AUD.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays will usually be dispatched the next business day.

During busy periods, new launches or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
