How to Use

Apply one strip over clean lips at bedtime, pressing gently to secure. Sleep or Die recommends starting slowly if you are new to mouth taping, beginning with a few hours before progressing to overnight wear.

Remove gently in the morning and discard after use. Each strip is designed for one night only.

Please Note: If you have previously reacted to bandages or adhesives, patch test during the day first or speak with a dermatologist. Do not use if nasal breathing is obstructed or uncomfortable.
